About Gnothi Seauton Council #501
The Allied Masonic Degrees are a collection of degrees and orders that, by tradition, require Royal Arch membership as a prerequisite. They represent some of Freemasonry’s most philosophically rich and historically significant working, drawing on Hermetic, Rosicrucian, and classical traditions that have long informed the Craft.
Gnothi Seauton Council #501 was chartered under the Grand Council of Allied Masonic Degrees of the United States of America and meets in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Our name — drawn from the Greek inscription at the Temple of Apollo at Delphi — reflects our commitment to the inner work that lies at the heart of genuine Masonic practice.
The Allied Masonic Degrees conferred by this Council include:
